Almonds contain heart healthy fats and a source of vitamin E, magnesium and potassium, and their creamy texture makes them the perfect choice to create a healthy bean milk. Bean is a good milk substitute for dairy cows because of a large and easy to make. Many people who suffer from milk allergies, including me, substitute almond milk, so that they can still enjoy the cereal in the morning! Bean milk can also be used in smoothies or on its own. Natural flavorings can be added to milk, such as carob, chocolate or vanilla.

The first thing you need to make almond milk aa good source of organic (if possible) for almonds.
You can search online, at a natural grocery store, or if you live in California, at your local farmers market.

1.
For much milk as you need to make a cup of almonds.

2.
Rinse well and soak in a bowl with water in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.

3.
After soaking, rinse well and then in a blender with three cups of cold filtered water.

Combining them in a blender until the water in the blender is white milk.

Then filter the liquid through a sieve, cloth or a thin-long bean milk, sprout bag or a bag of censorship.

Nut milk bags are cheap and easy to find online.
Bags really made easy. If you do not have a bag you can use a large strainer or cheesecloth number. Squeeze the liquid through cheesecloth or a nut milk bag in a large bowl and discard pulp or save them to the grill.

5.
Place the milk in your blender and add some sweetener and flavoring. My choice is to add finely chopped 3 teaspoons vanilla extract date. But you can use a teaspoon of honey or a pinch of stevia powder. Blend milk with spices until smooth.

6.
Keep your almond milk in a covered container in refrigerator. This should be no more than 3-4 days. Do not take if it smells sour, it will not last for regular milk as pasteurized.

Natural fibers will be separated from the water until the almond milk shake before use.
